The location is centrally located. The kitchen and house keeping staffs are really good and professional. However the service staffs in the restaurant and housekeeping are slow , inefficient & unprofessional. One of the hotel managers in the reception is rude and cocky. The rooms are nice and well equipped however pest control is not done and few rooms have cockroaches .

The location is very good near railways station walk in distance. friendly staff, food was amazing. it is in the main city area provides cloase access to other transport means like railways ,cinema halls,bus stands and shopping centres in and around guwahati the gateway to north east overall you can always have a pleasent stay in this hotel at a lesser pric.

Old and not maintained

We stayed here for a night. It was booked by our travel agent. I would not have opted for this otherwise. It’s in the middle of market. It was not maintained at all. Very old building with small rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Sheets were having stains on it. As it was in the middle of market it was so noisy and found it difficult to sleep. I would say if you are travelling as a couple or family don’t opt for this place as I didn’t find it that safe.

The best thing is it’s location. It is in Palttan bazaar, a central, busy, crowded and marketing area of Guwahati. It is nearer to Guwahati Railway Station and cab/ auto services are available right in front of the Hotel to any place including Airport. Parking place is limited. Restaurant is attached. Rooms are small and compact. A budget hotel. We, in a bigger travel group stayed there one night occupieng most of the rooms, with own cooking arrangements in parking place. The problem faced was almost all of us could not get hot water in the morning hours while preparing for temple visit. The answer by Management is its capacity to provide hot water facilities to all occupants at a time is limited. Again at checkout time the lift was not working and the staff had to help in carrying of luggage. For a few of us after checkout time not eve 30 minutes time was permitted to stay instead allowed our luggage to be kept in their clock room. Over all we had the advantage of moving round the city on our own due to its location and transportation facilities and much of our marketing getting done in Patton bazaar and nearby fancy bazaar.

Its a good hotel with a friendly staff. The rooms are good and clean. The hotel has got a good location. The rooms are not noisy. The transport to Meghalay is available just opposite to the hotel. The rates seems to be a bit high.
